Admission Guidelines
Steps Involved In The Admission Process

Enquiry Form
Parents can start the admission process by filling out the Enquiry Form on the school website or by visiting the Admission Office.

Information
The School Counsellor will reach out to collect
required details, provide a comprehensive overview of the school, and schedule a campus visit.

Campus Visit
During the campus visit, parents and students will meet the Principal and can purchase the Prospectus and Admission Docket.

Submission
After the visit, parents will complete the Admission Form and submit with the required documents.

Fee Payment
Upon successful submission of documents, parents will receive an admission confirmation and proceed with fee payment.

Enrollment
After fee payment, the child’s enrollment number will be generated, completing the admission process.
Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission
- Three Passport Size Photographs each of Student, Father, Mother & Guardian
- Original Birth Certificate of the student and one self attested copy of it
- Original School Transfer Certificate of the Student
- Copy of Report Card of previous class
- Copy of Residence Proof (Rent agreement, Voter ID, Electricity bill)
- Copy of Aadhar Card of the Student
- Copy of photo identity of Parents & Guardian
- Bank Account details of either parent (Attach copy of cheque or front page of passbook)
AGE CRITERIA
(As on 31st March of the year seeking admission)
Nursery
In between 3 years and 4 years
L.K.G.
In between 4 years and 5 years
U.K.G.
In between 5 years and 6 years
Grade I
In between 6 years and 7 years
For Higher Classes, in accordance same criteria will continue
NOTE:
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- It is the sole responsibility of the parents to clear the fees on or before the due dates.
- Late fee charges of Rs. 50 per day applicable if fees is paid after due date.
- Fees payable by cheque/NEFT only in the favour of “NAMA VARAMMA EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION”
- In case cheque is dishonoured, a fine will be levied.
- In the event of non-submission of fee within a stipulated time from the date of submission of the form, admission will be cancelled if the school management deems.
- Books, stationery , uniform, excursions, emergency health care and other special event expenses are not included in the above fees.
- Transport fee will be as per distance and will be informed through Transport section in school office.
- Transport fee to be paid quarterly along with the tuition fee.
WITHDRAWAL
- Parents opting for withdrawing their child from the school at the end of the academic session will be required to apply for the Transfer Certificate before 31st March. If the parents apply after the time deadline(31st March) will have to pay full fees for approaching academic year to obtain the Transfer Certificate.
- If in case parents applying for Transfer Certificate in between the ongoing academic session will still need to pay the full fees of that year.
- A student can also be asked to leave the school at the discretion of the Principal on anyone of the following grounds:
- a) Indiscipline
- b) Unsatisfactory performance in academics
GENERAL
- Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies.
- We conduct no formal interviews with the child or the parent.
- Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the submission of admission form
